Hey folks. Thought I would give myself a proper biography. This should always be on my main page considering I do not plan on making too many journal entries (I'll just edit this one). Anywho, here it goes!...

Born in 1990 in Phoenix Arizona, PraiZe has always had a love for performing in front of audiences. He would always perform magic shows, make dancing videos, or even reenact very well known Star Wars scenes.
When PraiZe was 10, he and his family had to move to Illinois, because of a job transfer his Step-father had received. At first PraiZe loved the idea of something new, but then was hesitant about the idea after thinking about how much he’d miss his family in Phoenix. The first few years PraiZe enjoyed Illinois, new friends, new school, got to experience snow, the overall experience was good.

A year after he moved, now in the fourth grade, PraiZe was assigned a homework assignment in which he had to write a poem, story or song, he chose to write a rap about “Little Red Riding Hood.” He got a good grade on the assignment and was told it was very well written and that he should keep writing. After that, PraiZe did not write another song for four years. Now in the 8th grade, he had failed the vital Constitution test. That night he went home and his mother advised him to write a rap song to help remember the amendments, so he did! He then memorized it the same night, the next day he passed with flying colors!

After his song writing ordeal, PraiZe decided to make writing music a full time job. He did not like the aspect of writing about irrelevant things, so he decided to represent his long time Savior, Jesus Christ. During the summer after 8th grade he wrote day and night. Mid-June he flew to Phoenix for the summer months. During this time he wrote and recorded his early tracks. Just using a computer microphone feeding his beats through computer speakers he recorded 10-15 songs.

Now entering into high school, PraiZe has gotten a better microphone ($10) and recording software (free). Yet the quality was not what he was hoping for, it was better than his old computer microphone. During this year he met other underground artists such as Knowlij, Yungtown, Authentik, J.A.Y., and Spiritually Anointed, whom all helped him on his goal to become a well-respected underground holy hip-hop artist.

In his 4th year of living there, PraiZe started to get depressed; he had missed his family a lot in Phoenix and didn’t like Illinois at all. After his freshman year of high school he moved back to Phoenix, since this move God has blessed PraiZe musically. With much elevation thanks to God, Yungtown, Spiritually Anointed, Knowlij, and Disciple X, he has written and recorded his first official CD entitled “New Start.”

“New Start”, consists of 16 brand new songs and collaborated with 6 artists PraiZe had never collaborated with before, Disciple X, Brittny Torres, Spiritually Anointed, Bravado, Elle Es, and Fresh Mann. “New Start” is a CD packed with catchy hooks and verses, mind boggling metaphors, and awesome play on words.
